Welcome to my fitness studio! My name is Lydia Hanna, and I am a certified personal trainer and nutritionist. I have had a passion for fitness for over seven years. I specialize in weight loss and strength training. I wanted to create this page to give fitness advice and discuss the correlation between physical and mental health.
